CZ114/CW721R is the standard grade of high tensile brass and has a duplex structure. It contains alloying additions of aluminium, iron, and manganese to improve the strength levels compared with standard brasses and make this alloy ideal for more exacting applications.

CZ114/CW721R is a versatile high strength, hot workable, machinable engineering alloy sometimes referred to as a manganese bronze or high tensile brass. It is used for more exacting applications where strength and corrosion resistance are required.
