Internal Account Manager - Leeds

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.

The role is office-based, working Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5 pm, with full product training, a six-month induction programme and support provided.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our services, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions to foster strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving call effectiveness and lead conversion.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
  • Participate in training sessions to learn about our products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows as required to promote our products and services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
